No Refunds / All Sales Final Policy

All Sales Are Final

All of our elevator guards, baffles, and clear space guards are custom fabricated
and CNC-cut to your specific measurements. Because each item is made
specifically for the customer, all sales are final once an order is placed.
There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Each elevator guard we produce is built one at a time, based on:

  • Dimensions you provide,
  • A confirmation sketch we send and you verify before production,
  • Your approval of the specifications, measurements, and configuration.

Once you approve the sketch and production begins:

  • Raw acrylic sheets are cut specifically for your guard.
  • These pieces cannot be reused for another order.
  • Labor time and machine time have already been committed.

Because the product is fabricated to your exact dimensions and cannot be resold
or repurposed, refunds and returns are not offered.

Customer Responsibility for Accurate Measurements

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete measurements.
We fabricate exactly to the dimensions you confirm on the sketch.
If the dimensions were incorrect or the space was measured inaccurately,
a new order will be required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or appears incorrect:

  1. Keep all packaging materials.
  2. Take clear photos of:
    • The damage
    • The box
    • The shipping label
  3. Contact us within 48 hours at: sales@elevator-guards.com

If the issue is due to fabrication error on our part, we will correct it at no cost.
If the issue is due to shipping damage, we will assist with the carrier claim process.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once materials have been cut or fabrication has begun.
If you contact us before production starts, cancellation may be possible but
is not guaranteed.
